Ok so, people are donating large sums of money to get FA back up and running. I wonder what the ratio of 'people who will sing their praises' is to 'people who think these people are retarded'.
I know I'm in the second category. Nobody needs FA back that badly.

Woke up to throat feeling like I'd been guzzling sand and gravel all night. Which is irritating. Am going to scan a bunch of stuff and upload it here so that its *somewhere* at least, and it needs scanning anyway.

Its amazing how simple yet effective some of them are. I want bigger versions of some of them for wallpapers. Also, seeing how the actors have come on since then.
Trying to be positive. I am hoping for two eps of Clone High tonight. They're probably the two I've already watched but its so good I dont mind.
Uni then work then uni then Anicom then pub tonight, I think. I got a new coat yesterday. Its very Captain Jack. :B Which is cool, cuz his coat is awesome.

Its amusing the childish glee that comes from saving up your advent calendar chocolates, and being able to open a whole bunch of doors at once. <3

Mailed off Allycat's hilariously overdue commission along with all of my xmas cards earlier today. :) Just a heads up for folks to keep their eyes peeled for a purple envelope in the post. ^^

So I have a pretty uneventful weekend, whereupon I go home and am treated as an unwanted guest by one sister, ignored by another (Actually not a bad thing) and barely see my mum due to work and her being busy and away. Best part was probably the sheer amount of Borderlands I got to play with Matty. Went xmas shopping, failed to buy very much in the way of presents, and new coat shopping made me feel like a hippo again. And I didnt want to go to work today.

And so, faced with another hour of work to go, with the knowledge that I return to a cold, mouse-infested, dirty house, where there is no food and I wont want to face the kitchen to cook anything. I also have to walk home in torrential cold rain, without a waterproof coat.

It is half an hour before I am to leave work, that Rob, my boss, while putting rubbish in the big bins out back of the shop, notices Matty's car. He gives me a shout, and I stick my head out the door and wave. Nice surprise! I get a lift home. ^.^

Oh and it turns out he'd bought some foods for me, since he knew there was nothing at home, and I'd probably only buy and eat junk if left to my own devices.

Oh and also, he hadnt gone home after dropping me off at work, he'd actually gone to *my* place and spent three hours returning the kitchen to... frankly an amazing standard, and tidying/cleaning the living room.

I love this boy. <3

Also, for those about to brave the retail horror I have heard countless nightmares about, stay strong guys. ;.; Your retail brethren are thinking of you.

Woken up at half six AM to an immense rustling beside my pillow. I turn over and look down, fat fucking mouse rummaging noisily in the bin by my bedside.

This shit aint gonna stand, man.

Happy turkey day, yankiedoodles! :) Eat lots and lots for us fools across the pond who are only celebrating a very dull and windy Thursday. Maaaan I'd kill for a big old turkey dinner right now....

Scanned and uploaded a bunch of concept art and all my thumbnails, so that they're all stored somewhere digitally for everyone in the group to find and look at. Discovered that on all the meetings I've been unable to get to due to work, they've been putting "Didnt turn up" on the meeting minutes, which all consist of "everyone turned up and discussed art influences/storyboards I did and everyone gave input and was very supportive and you should give us all marks for working together except Morti who is never here baww". Am going to be having some strong words tomorrow, and suggesting that if they dont move the meeting somewhere that I can physically attend, that they stop bitching about my lack of attendance in the minutes.

In other news, Chrono Trigger on DS. Is pretty good. :V

Matty is playing Spec Ops on MW2 with Robochris, with mic. All I can hear are the occasional grunts, "hrrrnk"'s and general mutterings of agreement/negatories. Awkward.
